CLEXCARE 0.4 INJ contains Enoxaparin Sodium, a low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) used as an anticoagulant to prevent and treat blood clots. It works by inhibiting clot formation and is commonly prescribed for deep vein thrombosis (DVT), pulmonary embolism (PE), and to prevent clotting in certain medical conditions and surgeries.
