TRIPMATE 25 Tablet contains Topiramate 25 mg, an anticonvulsant (anti-epileptic) medication used in the treatment of epilepsy, seizures, and migraine prevention. It works by calming overactive nerve signals in the brain, thereby controlling abnormal electrical activity and reducing the frequency of seizures and migraine attacks.

This lower strength (25 mg) is commonly prescribed at the start of therapy to allow the body to adjust before moving to higher doses if needed.
