NEOSTIMETHYL Injection contains Neostigmine Methylsulfate 0.5mg/1ml, a cholinesterase inhibitor used to improve muscle strength in patients with myasthenia gravis (a neuromuscular disorder). It is also used to reverse the effects of muscle relaxants given during surgery and to stimulate muscle activity in the gastrointestinal or urinary tract after operations.

It works by increasing the levels of acetylcholine, a natural substance that helps muscles contract, thereby restoring normal muscle function. NEOSTIMETHYL Injection is administered intravenously (IV) or intramuscularly (IM) under medical supervision.
