About the Position:

The Product Development Executive is responsible for developing and improving pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, and healthcare products in line with market demands and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new product opportunities based on market trends and customer needs

• Assist in the development and formulation of new healthcare products

• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams

• Conduct product feasibility studies and competitive market analysis

• Ensure product specifications and documentation are maintained accurately

• Monitor product development timelines and project milestones

• Support product improvement initiatives and portfolio expansion

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for raw material evaluation

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

• Prepare and submit product development reports to management

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Development within the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or Healthcare industry

• Strong understanding of product formulation and development processes

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and project coordination abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management
